WEA Education Partner Program
1. Program Overview
The Education Partner Program is a global rewards program that allows WEA Academy users, education centers, employment agencies, professionals, and others to earn referral rewards through their networks. Once you have successfully made a referral, you are entitled to enjoy the rewards from that relationship indefinitely, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The Program consists of the following levels:
- Education Referral Rewards – Basic: available to all Education Partners.
- Education Referral Rewards – Premium: available to Education Partners who are subscribers of "WEA Membership: Premium".
In addition, Premium Education Partners (as defined in Section 2.2) are automatically enrolled in Global Reward Sharing (see Section 5).
2. Education Referral Rewards
Share your Invitation Link with your network. When a new user signs up through your Invitation Link and completes a purchase, you will be rewarded with Cash Value.
2.1 Basic (WEA Academy Users)
All WEA Academy users are automatically eligible for Basic Education Referral Rewards. Education Partners who do not hold an active "WEA Membership: Premium" subscription are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Basic Education Partners". Earn rewards every time your referred users make a purchase:

2.2 Premium (WEA Membership: Premium Subscribers)
Education Partners who hold an active "WEA Membership: Premium" subscription are referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Premium Education Partners". When you subscribe to "WEA Membership: Premium", your Education Referral Rewards are automatically upgraded to Premium for as long as your subscription remains active:

If your "WEA Membership: Premium" subscription lapses or is cancelled, you will revert to being a Basic Education Partner, and your Education Referral Rewards will revert to the Basic rates for purchases made after the lapse date.
2.3 Calculation Basis
Rewards are calculated based on the purchase or subscription fee only after deducting the transaction fee and other charges.
3. Cash Value
Each qualifying purchase yields a Cash Value Reward:
- Pending Status: The reward is initially credited as "Pending Cash Value" upon your referee's purchase completion.
- Available Status: After a set period with no refund request, it automatically becomes "Available Cash Value", ready to be used or cashed out.
4. Withdrawal of Available Cash Value
Bank Disbursement: Users may execute a withdrawal of their Available Cash Value to a designated bank account (e.g., via Stripe). All distributions are subject to a minimum accumulation threshold, a set processing schedule, and standard interbank transfer timelines.
5. Global Reward Sharing
5.1 Eligibility
5.1.1 Global Reward Sharing is open to Premium Education Partners only. Basic Education Partners are not eligible to participate or receive P-Credits.
5.1.2 No registration or application is required. All Premium Education Partners are automatically enrolled in Global Reward Sharing.
5.1.3 Participants must maintain an active "WEA Membership: Premium" subscription to remain eligible.
5.2 Earning P-Credits
5.2.1 Partner Credits ("P-Credits") are awarded for referred Premium Members with an active subscription as follows:

5.2.2 P-Credits are counted and added to each Premium Education Partner's account on the 1st of every month at 23:59:59 (UTC−12). Only Tier 1 and Tier 2 referred Premium Members with an active subscription at the exact counting time are included. Referred members whose subscription has expired, been cancelled, or not yet started at the counting time will not be counted.
5.2.3 Please refer to the relevant page in the WeaEmpower App or Web App for the exact counting date and time.
5.2.4 P-Credits reset to zero once a participant is awarded the Global Reward. If a participant is not awarded the Global Reward in a given fiscal year, their P-Credits are retained and carried over to the next fiscal year.
5.3 Rewards
5.3.1 Premium Education Partners who have accumulated 300 or more P-Credits are eligible for the Global Reward. Basic Education Partners cannot earn any P-Credits or receive any rewards under Global Reward Sharing.
5.3.2 Funding and Allocation: At least 5.5% of WEA Net Income will be contributed to the Global Reward. A Premium Education Partner may earn a maximum of USD 50,000 under Global Reward Sharing.
The actual amount of the reward will depend on the total number of P-Credits earned by the Premium Education Partner. The more P-Credits earned, the higher the chance the Premium Education Partner will receive the maximum reward of USD 50,000.
The Global Reward will be released in the month following WEA's fiscal year end (the last day of every March). The P-Credits of Premium Education Partners will be reset to zero once the Global Reward is awarded.
5.4 Granting of Rewards
5.4.1 No manual application is required. Rewards are automatically granted to all Premium Education Partners who meet the requirements in Section 5.3 at the fiscal year end, subject to Section 5.3.2.
5.4.2 WEA may request identity verification before releasing any reward. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5.5 Conduct
WEA may invalidate P-Credits, revoke eligibility, withhold or reclaim rewards, and suspend accounts for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. P-Credits from invalidated or refunded subscriptions will be removed.
6. Modifications
WEA Academy Limited reserves the right to update, amend, suspend, terminate, or replace the Program, Global Reward Sharing, or these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without further notice, including changes to reward rates, Cash Value holding periods, withdrawal thresholds, P-Credit values, counting schedules, funding allocation, and eligibility requirements. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Final Decision
All decisions regarding the Program and Global Reward Sharing, including eligibility, reward and P-Credit calculation, and the awarding of any reward, are at the sole discretion of WEA Academy Limited and are final and binding.
